Lionheart

The story
When business success becomes a force for good, communities feel it. Lionheart is built on that belief: that a company can grow and give back at the same time. They asked us to create a brand film that would show how they turn purpose into real, tangible impact.
We filmed in Charlotte, spending time with the Lionheart team and the people and communities their work touches. We didn't want a film that simply listed good deeds. We wanted to show the thinking behind them and why doing good is part of how Lionheart does business, not an add-on.
The film is built around honest conversations. Leadership and team members speak about why the mission matters to them personally. Those interviews are paired with footage of the work in action, from people coming together to the moments where impact becomes visible. We used warm, natural light and a steady, observational camera to keep things grounded and sincere.
The edit balances two threads. One is the business: a capable, growing company that clients can trust. The other is the purpose: the people and causes that success makes it possible to support. Keeping both in view was important. Each strengthens the other, and together they explain what makes Lionheart different.
A brand film like this becomes a cornerstone piece. It can introduce the company on its website, open presentations, support recruiting, and give partners a clear picture of what the organization stands for. It tells people who you are before you ever meet them.
At Round 7, we're drawn to stories about people using what they've built to serve others, because that's why we started, too. If your Charlotte or Gastonia business has a purpose-driven story, we'd love to help you share it.
