  • Most projects take 8–12 weeks from Discovery to Delivery, depending on scope and revisions. We can accommodate speedy turnarounds as needed, but larger projects will have an extended timeline.

  • Absolutely. We handle concept development, scripting, and creative strategy to ensure your video aligns perfectly with your brand message.

  • Yes. We typically require a 50% deposit to secure production dates and pre-production, then 25% a week before the first filming date, and the final balance due upon project completion.

  • Yes — many of our clients partner with us on a retainer basis for consistent content production throughout the year.

  • Yes, we travel across the U.S. and handle all logistics for out-of-state productions.

  • A typical crew includes a producer, director, cinematographer, and audio technician. Additional crew or specialists are added as needed. Sometimes these roles are filled by the same person depending on the project budget and complexity.

  • Definitely. We often feature real employees or clients for authenticity — we’ll provide coaching and make sure everyone feels comfortable on set. We will also collect releases from on camera appearances so the content can be used for years to come.

  • Most projects include two rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

  • You’ll receive high-resolution, ready-to-use video files optimized for your intended platforms (web, social, broadcast, etc.). At the conclusion of the project, you’ll also receive all the RAW footage on a hard drive for your safe keeping. We retain RAW files for 90 days after final approval.
