This conceptual presentation film for Progressive AE was created as part of their bid for a major Charlotte project — blending architectural storytelling with thoughtful visual design. The video communicates Progressive’s deep understanding of context, materiality, and community while reflecting their human-centered approach to architecture.

Design Rooted in Place

Round 7 Productions worked with Progressive AE to build a narrative that brings design intent to life. Through clear articulation and cinematic framing, the team explains how the building’s terracotta material honors the color and character of the existing church while connecting to South End’s industrial heritage — creating a sense of continuity between past and present.
